Our Mission
Helpan exists for one purpose: to help dental hygiene program leaders achieve successful CODA accreditation.
Born from firsthand experience watching other program administrators navigate complex accreditation requirements and nuances with limited guidance, we created a coaching and mentoring model that transforms uncertainty into a clear, manageable path forward.
From initial applications and self-study development to site visit preparation and recommendation resolution, Helpan provides expert support at every stage of the accreditation journey. We don't just advise—we help and mentor program directors through the entire process, helping them build the knowledge and confidence, and systems needed for long-term success. Our team includes experienced CODA site visitors, former program directors, curriculum experts, and candlelighters (not candle-blower-outers) who understand both CODA and the realities of the implementation of Standards.
